Afternoon,
You know, many of the Inverted LL videos I have are of students you both know so I opted to NOT share them. I've only been requiring the Inverted LL week of extra training for a year so have just a small sampling of students I can pull those videos off their Blogs.
Anyway, there is a total of 4 cases studies and several have more than 1 video. Each video needs to be reviewed by each of you and submitted on this Blog. I'll create a specific section where your Case Reviews will be relocated.

Once you post your Case Reviews, I'll review your Reviews and provide comments. Once you are both through the Inverted LL videos, then we'll go onto the next FC week's work.

Welcome Deb & Stephanie
The intent of this Blog is to train you to train others what I know. But, I need help as I think there is room for much improvement in the video quality, photo sequencing and written instructions. My hope is to train you in exchange for your expertise in recreating the communication of what needs to be taught, to rewrite any instructions so the language is much clearer, cleaner and more user friendly.
Currently, I have an enormous amount of written material, but I think it is cumbersome to the new student. I do have my entire NADOI Novice Application which I'd like to convert into a document that is an additional charge for the new students, a hands-on 'How-To' written manual. As part of that document, I want to include sequential photos of 'How-To' to work hand in hand with the written manual. There is an interesting program called, the Coaches Eye, here's the link to Coaches Eye, which I think will enable me to take photos/videos and provide much better feedback.
Ultimately, what is created here, would be a program for future Instructors to purchase the right to use for their students if they don't want to create their own training materials. It has taken me years to compile all the training materials I currently have. I'd just like to make all of it far more streamlined and more user friendly for new students.
