Welcome Deb & Stephanie

The intent of this Blog is to train you to train others what I know. But, I need help as I think there is room for much improvement in the video quality, photo sequencing and written instructions.   My hope is to train you in exchange for your expertise in recreating the communication of what needs to be taught, to rewrite any instructions so the language is much clearer, cleaner and more user friendly.

Currently, I have an enormous amount of written material, but I think it is cumbersome to the new student. I do have my entire NADOI Novice Application which I'd like to convert into a document that is an additional charge for the new students, a hands-on 'How-To' written manual.  As part of that document, I want to include sequential photos of 'How-To' to work hand in hand with the written manual.  There is an interesting program called, the Coaches Eye, here's the link to Coaches Eye, which I think will enable me to take photos/videos and provide much better feedback.

Ultimately, what is created here, would be a program for future Instructors to purchase the right to use for their students if they don't want to create their own training materials.  It has taken me years to compile all the training materials I currently have. I'd just like to make all of it far more streamlined and more user friendly for new students.

Would love your opinions. I'm just rambling here...

  1. I’m looking forward to this pandemic version of a traditional apprenticeship program. I have years of education, training and experience in boiling volumes of information down into useful, bite-sized portions. The first elements to consider include the 5 w’s—the who, what, when, where and why of your programs. How do you think these elements fit into your existing programs?
